ArrowID will be unavailable on Wednesday, September 25, 2019 from 3PM EDT – 5PM EDT. During this time the LodgeMaster Team will be upgrading the ArrowID application. During the maintenance window, you will not be able to login to the LodgeMaster Lodge Client or the National Order of the Arrow Event Registration System (NOAERS). You can follow the status of the ArrowID upgrade on the OA status page at https://status.oa-bsa.org. Once the upgrade is complete, we will post an update to the status page. We have fully tested the new version of ArrowID and do not expect the upgrade to take longer than the two-hour maintenance window. If we need to extend the maintenance window, we will communicate the extended downtime via email and on the status page.
